Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work…a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you allow me the opportunity to inspect your new home or property, I promise that I will give you my very best effort. Here at RedBeard Inspections, every inspection is performed as if it were for myself.
Need it fast? Call Me Immediately at: 702.817.3136. I will do my best to accommodate your requested date and time and can often provide service when others may not.
I will provide a comprehensive inspection on the physical structure as well as the various systems of the property. The home inspection and inspection report will give you a thorough understanding as to the condition of the property as it existed
at the time of the inspection, and will help to identify any systems or components which may be in need of immediate major repair, replacement, or further evaluation by a specialist. The Inspection Report and Summary are delivered via email in a PDF format within 24 hours of the completion of the home inspection (certain restrictions apply).
It is typical for inspectors to rush through the process in order to get to their next appointment. I am typically on the property for no less than 3 hours, and in some cases much longer. Providing thorough and detailed inspection reports allows you to make an informed decision about the property. So, do you want a cheap inspection or a thorough inspection? You’ll find the reports I provide are going to provide you with as much information about the property as possible. The first time, on time.
I’ve taken advantage of technology to ensure a detailed and accurate reporting process. I incorporate digital cameras, thermal cameras, and video cameras during each and every inspection, and I’m able to build most of the report details with a tablet as I’m doing the actual inspection so no detail is left forgotten. For the out of area buyers or those who can’t attend the actual inspection, I offer an edited version of the video footage for an additional charge which allows you to see exactly what I saw during your inspection. Ask me about more details for the “Inspector’s View” video edit.
I’m personally invested in providing you the best property inspection available. I’m in the field every day of the week (and weekends when ordered) and see up-close the condition of many properties. Even if you’re just getting started on your property buying process please feel free to give me a call with questions you may have.
The inspection report is typically very long and contains a lot of information, which in some cases may be hard to understand. I’m here to help answer any questions you have, even if it’s several months after your inspection. The video footage I record during each inspection is archived and has helped many of my past customers with issues that may arise.
“Jed performed the home inspection on the purchase of my new home and did an excellent job! He is incredibly thorough and took the time to ensure that any issues with the home were addressed. I have purchased homes in the past and he, by far, spent the most amount of time in the home. I will highly recommend Jed to anyone I know looking for a home inspection!”
“Jed is extremely professional and very thorough in his work. His video, which accompanies the written report was very valuable in helping us build a case with the HOA of the much needed repairs to an unsafe balcony on a town home purchase for my son. In addition, the home owner agreed to a lower price to address other issues which were uncovered from the thorough inspection. I would highly recommend Jed for anyone wanting to put their mind at ease or build a case for repairs needed on a prospective home purchase.”
